The tipping type trailer should be fabricated from Prime MS materials. The foundation chassis should be made from MS I Beam 200x75x75mm.
Product Specification
- The MS plate of 6.0mm thick should be used for bottom of trailer while MS channel 100x50x50 should be used as support of bottom plate.
- The bearing number 32216 & 32216 to be fitted in Axle assembly. The MS square bar 100.0 mm to be used as an axle of trailer. The wheel rim heavy duty type having size 1000 x 20 to be used for fitting of 1000 x 20.
- The panel door of trailer should be fabricated from MS Plate 3.15mm
- The Hydraulic Jack having capacity of 20.0 Ton to be installed in our tipping type trailer
- The tyre size will be 1000 x 20.
- Heavy Duty Leaf Spring Assembly As per Suiatable.
